Unlocking the next generation of cloud talent

Created in collaboration with AWS, the Talent Academy program is designed to discover and nurture new cloud talent.

Closing the skills gap via this type of program is hugely important to Cloudreach. The academy is a vital part of our mission to set the standard for diverse and inclusive communities within the industry. Each academy cohort of 20 trainees takes a two year, zero to cloud journey, gaining certifications and billable project experience along the way.

Talent Academy is a revolutionary program designed to change not just Cloudreach’s talent mix, but the talent pool for the entire industry.

Cohorts

Be part of the next Talent Academy intake, new cohorts are being launched regularly and have been successfully deployed in North America, India and DACH, with the UK scheduled to launch in 2023.

Clear Progression Path

Our trainees join us as Associate Cloud Systems Developers and work for two years in this role working towards the next progressional level.

Each trainee receives regular feedback and coaching from senior engineers and line managers, ensuring that we continue to focus on developing productive engineers.

Immersive classroom

Our training is focused on real world customer needs. Our trainers are Cloudreach engineers with many years of experience.

Each trainer takes great care to create a supportive learning environment where trainees are challenged and gain confidence in their skills.

Ongoing professional development

Cloudreach encourages learning new technologies, achievement of certifications and sharing knowledge with peers.

This is a key part of our culture that ensures career-long development outside the classroom.
